Adrian Teague had borrowed his sister's bike to come on this evening's ride. He was somewhat upset, therefore, when the derailleur wrapped itself in his wheel part-way through the ride. He set off for home, trying to think how to explain the incident, while the rest of us continued on to Chuley and homewards through the lanes.
